AOC CHEVERNY ROUGE

Grape : 80% Pinot - Noir- 20% Gamay

Appearance : light red, bright
Taste : Fresh, fine and easy to drink. Red fruits, morello cherries and spicy aromas.
Serving suggestions : with deli meats, with poultries, grilled meats and cheese.

Serve between 15 to 17° C, best drunk young.

 

AOC CHEVERNY ROSE

Grape : 80% Pinot - Noir- 20% Gamay

Appearance : deep pink, bright
Taste : slightly spicy wine, nuanced with red fruits and citrus fruits aromas.
Serving suggestions : excellent summer wine,  on mediterranean, exotic or oriental cooking, 

delicious at any time of the day.

Serve between 7 to 8° C, best drunk young.

AOC COUR-CHEVERNY BLANC

Grape : 100 % Romorantin

Appearance : light yellow, with golden hues whith aging.
Taste : strong in its youthfulness, great delicacy that reminds marzipan and peppery mint, then maturing to acacia and honey.

Very long in mouth.
Serving suggestions : great on fishes with sauce, white meat, asparagus, south west salad.

Serve between 10 to 12° C, can be drunk young but very good aptitude for aging.

 

AOC COUR-CHEVERNY BLANC "Le Clos"

Grape : 100 % Romorantin

Appearance : golden yellow color.
Taste : very open nose on candied fruits aromas and elegant vanilla notes.

Complex mouth, balanced between sweetness and acid final touch. very rich wine, fat and long with fruity nuances like vine peach.
Serving suggestions : great on fishes with sauce, white meat, asparagus, south west salad.

Serve between 10 to 12° C, can be drunk young but very good aptitude for aging.

VIN MOUSSEUX METHODE TRADITIONNELLE

"REVERIE BRUT" White or Rosé

Grape : 80% Sauvignon - 20% Chardonnay

Appearance : bright, pale yellow gold

Taste : dry  wine with a powerful aroma evocative of blackcurrent bud, liquorice, citrus fruits and

white flowers.

Serving suggestions : delightful with seafoods, fishes, deli meats, and as an aperitif.

Serve between 7  to 8°C, best drunk young.

AOC CHEVERNY BLANC

Grape : Mainly Chardonnay for the white, Mainly Pinot Noir for the Rosé

Appearance : fine and dense bubbles
Taste : dry white wines are very fine and expressive.
Serving suggestions : best drunk young, as an aperitif or with dessert , and at any occasion of the day.
